A Global Standard for
Ground Handling Excellence

ISBHA (International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling) is an internationally recognized audit program developed specifically for the business aviation ground handling sector. It sets operational, safety, and quality benchmarks that ground handlers must meet to receive certification.

The program was created to bridge the gap between general aviation standards and the more rigorous requirements of commercial aviation, ensuring that business aircraft operators receive a consistent, audited level of service at certified locations worldwide.

How the
Audit Works

ISBHA audits are conducted by accredited third-party auditors approved by the program administrator. The process is designed to be transparent, repeatable, and consistent across all locations.

The audit cycle is typically 3 years, with an option for voluntary interim audits. Findings are classified as Critical, Major, or Minor, each with defined resolution timelines. Certification is granted only after all Critical and Major findings are resolved.

Operators planning to use ISBHA-certified handlers can request a copy of the current audit report directly from the handler. Manny Aero makes its certification status available to clients upon request.

Our
Compliance Status

Manny Aero is committed to operating under ISBHA-aligned standards across all locations where the program applies. Our internal quality team conducts regular reviews against ISBHA module requirements, and we actively pursue third-party audit certification as we expand our FBO network.

For operators requiring proof of compliance documentation, our operations team can provide a current compliance summary, training record excerpts, and safety performance data upon execution of an NDA.
